Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive practice and can be enjoyed as a stand-alone wellness service. What to Expect You remain comfortably clothed while I work primarily with your feet. Your session is personalized, allowing you time to relax, unwind and simply receive. Reflexology is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

My training in medical and therapeutic massage allows me to draw from different massage techniques and adapt each session according to your individual needs. Before beginning, we'll discuss what you're experiencing and what you hope to accomplish from your session. Your massage may focus on areas such as: Neck and shoulder tension Back discomfort Muscular tightness Overworked or fatigued muscles Areas of restricted movement General aches and tension Relaxation and stress-related muscular tension Rather than following a predetermined massage routine, I personalize the session based on your comfort, goals, and the areas that need attention. The goal is thoughtful, focused bodywork designed to support pain relief, muscular comfort, relaxation, mobility, and overall well-being.
