Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened when applicable, and in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. CrystalRoseHawk cannot guarantee receipt of a return package that cannot be tracked.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
